JOB TITLE DESCRIPTION LOCATION
Industrial Electrician

ROMAC INDUSTRIES is seeking a Journeyman Industrial Electrician for our Sultan Facility.

Duties include: Layout, install and maintain a wide variety of 480V electrical equipment.

Requirements include: The qualified applicant will have knowledge and experience working with control circuits, transformers, alarm communication and PLC systems. Applicants must also have the ability to troubleshoot and modify PLC's using Rockwell software.

 Sultan
Customer Service Representative

ROMAC INDUSTRIES is seeking a Customer Service Representative.

Duties include: Communicate effectively with customers to ensure accurate, and efficient order entry.

Schedule, and enter orders in Oracle database.

Coordinate delivery dates with Shipping, Planning and production departments.

Establish and maintain good rapport with customers.

Follow through on customer needs and support outside sales.

Troubleshoot any customer issues.

Communicate via multiple phone lines, voice mail and email.

Process returns, reworks, credits and shortages.

Participate in one-to-two Sunday sales meetings each year.

Fill in for receptionist when necessary.

Requirements include: The qualified applicant will have a minimum of two years of Customer Service experience, excellent communication skills, organization and attendance. A good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is also required.

Production Planner

ROMAC INDUSTRIES is seeking a Production Planner.

Duties Include: Scheduling customer orders through the system and ensuring production has the resources necessary to complete the job.

Requirements include: The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. Excellent customer service, communication and analytical skills. Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word. Inventory management experience with knowledge of Theory of Constraints and/or Lean Manufacturing is helpful. Experience with Oracle is desired.
