Romac Alpha COUPLINGS & FITTINGS

Get Your Jobs Moving at the Speed of Alpha.

Engineered for the demands of today's water and wastewater infrastructure. The Romac Alpha line delivers faster installs, superior performance, and the reliability contractors trust on every job site.

Why Alpha

Built for the Job Site
Not the Showroom

The Romac Alpha is designed around one thing: getting your crew in and out of the ditch faster, without sacrificing the pressure rating or long-term performance your specs demand.

Speed of Install

Tool-free assembly and intuitive alignment means your crew spends less time on fittings and more time moving pipe.

Pressure Certified

Every Alpha fitting is independently tested to exceed AWWA and ANSI/NSF pressure standards for potable water systems.

Wide OD Range

Alpha products accommodate a broad outside diameter range which means fewer SKUs to stock and fewer surprises in the field.

Domestic Manufacturing

Designed, cast, and assembled in the USA with full traceability, predictable lead times, and no overseas supply risk.

Simple Process

Install in Three Steps

Alpha fittings are engineered to cut installation time. No special tools needed, no guesswork, no callbacks.

01
Step 01

Measure & Confirm OD

Confirm the outside diameter of your pipe. Alpha's wide tolerance range accepts pipe variation.

02
Step 02

Slide & Align

Wipe the pipe end clean and position the Alpha fitting over it. The self-centering design aligns on tightening.

03
Step 03

Torque & Pressure Test

Bring bolts to spec torque, conduct your standard pressure test, and move on. Alpha is field-ready in minutes, not hours.

The wide OD range alone saves us from carrying three different products. Alpha simplified our truck stock and our ordering. That's real money saved on every job.

Our distributor rep put us onto Romac Alpha two years ago. We haven't looked at a competitor product since. The domestic manufacturing matters to our clients.
