PRICE ADJUSTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

Due to ongoing economic conditions, Romac Industries will be implementing a price adjustment on All Products.

Pricing will increase by approximately 6 - 9% on orders placed on or after February 20, 2026. This adjustment will be applied through updated multipliers and communicated directly to customers by their Area Managers.

All current price quotations will be honored through their stated expiration dates. Catalog list prices, payment terms, and prepaid freight terms will remain unchanged.
